2021 Shiraz

Tasting Notes

A good 10-year proposition, this young shiraz (tasted soon after bottling) is in good form and ready for time in the cellar, should you have the time and the patience. Otherwise, it's all there in the glass, coming together nicely in briary, mixed berry and plum aromas, lifted violet aromatics, aniseed and earth. Floats smoothly across the well-structured palate aided by fine, woody tannins. Plenty to like and enjoy here.
