Honouring Our Heroes - VC Memorial Park Official Opening - November 2014
Bronze statues immortalising three WWI soldiers, Lieutenant Leslie Cecil Maygar, Corporal Alexander Stuart Burton and Lieutenant (later Major) Frederick Harold Tubb, as well as storyboards about their history, were unveiled at the VC Memorial Park in Euroa on Sunday 16th November with almost 2000 people in attendance.
Patiently waiting on His Excellency, the Honourable Alex Chernov AC QC, Governor of Victoria to unveil the three soldiers.
All three men unveiled in great company.
